Thailand revealed as destination for Ideal Heating’s 2028 Premier Club trip

Ideal Heating has confirmed Thailand as the destination for its fifth Premier Club trip, set for 2028, with enrolment now open. 

The early announcement follows the success of Premier Club 2026, which took installers on a five-day trip to Los Angeles and Los Cabos. Ideal says the move reflects strong demand, with this set to be its most ambitious incentive yet. 

Enrolment opened on 5 May, with qualification starting in July through the Connect loyalty scheme, where installers can earn points across boilers, heat pumps and smart controls. 

Premier Club continues to reward installers with guaranteed places for hitting targets. Previous trips have attracted more than 250 installers from across the UK. 

Further details on qualification and the 2028 trip will be released in the coming months. Installers can enrol via Installer Connect.
