Switch on to BaxiCam video training

BaxiCam is a new way for Gas Safe engineers to submit their questions and receive video responses from Baxi’s training experts.

The Baxi team use a GoPro camera to show gas engineers the inside of boilers and help explain what they are doing, while answering specific questions. Engineers can submit a boiler question via Baxi’s Facebook page and send the team a message or comment.

National training manager Steve Owen says: “Following the success of our Lockdown Learning and Burning Questions video series, we know installers really value seeing helpful video content. BaxiCam takes this support one step further, by allowing engineers to have their specific questions answered in a way that mimics attending a Baxi training course in person. Gas Safe engineers are invited to submit their questions to us and we’ll create a bespoke BaxiCam video, tailored to their specific query.”
