‘Safer together’ with Baxi campaign

Baxi’s new Safer Together campaign aims to keep its teams, gas engineers and their customers safe at all times.

It provides reassurance and support for Baxi’s sales and training teams, as well as gas engineers returning to work in customer’s homes, with detailed information packs, training centre signage, marketing communications and safety.

All Baxi training centres have new building signage to outline safe social distancing measures, and gas engineers who sign up for training will be emailed a safety video to watch before they attend.

The manufacturer has also produced a three-step safety guide for gas engineers working in their customer’s home. A homeowner version reassures customers and makes sure that they understand the process and the new ways of working.

Gas engineers who are registered to the Baxi Works loyalty scheme can use their points to order safety packs with hygiene essentials such as hand sanitiser, gloves, masks and wipes.

Sales director David Cooksays: “Safety in the workplace has always been our key priority, so it is important for us to make sure that this is always the case when working with Baxi. The entire industry has a responsibility to uphold and promote exemplary safety standards, in line with government guidance, and this is exactly what our Safer Together campaigns is all about.

“Above all, the safety of our customers and colleagues remains our top priority, and we are confident that the new campaign will provide the guidance and reassurance that we are doing everything we can to ensure safety throughout our business operations.”
