Vaillant raises the curtain on new live entertainment venue in Derby

Derby’s flagship Becketwell entertainment venue is now being sponsored solely by Vaillant, under the new name of Vaillant Live.

The state-of-the-art, multi-use venue is set to bring artists and performers to the city for the first time. As part of the regeneration of the Becketwell district, Vaillant Live will become a cornerstone of Derby’s plans for the future.

The 3,500 capacity destination for concerts, family events, sports and conferencing, which opened in spring 2025, will be operated by live events company Legends and ASM Global.

The five-year sponsorship of the Derby venue will reinforce Vaillant’s support of the local community. And the manufacturer’s iconic hare, as seen on TV, will be prominent, providing new opportunities for people to engage with the manufacturer and learn more about its heating systems.

We hope that the Vaillant Live venue will increase awareness of Vaillant, not only for playing a role in the region’s economy but also providing entertainment to the city of Derby and its surrounding areas.

Events at the venue include music from names such as The Human League, Blossoms, Rag ‘n’ Bone Man and Simple Minds, to comedy from Paul Chowdhry, John Bishop and Jason Manford and many more.
