Spread warmth this Christmas to win prizes from Megaflo

Megaflo, Heatrae Sadia’s unvented hot water cylinder brand, has launched a Christmas campaign asking people to share how they have helped to spread warmth this year.

The campaign aims to celebrate people’s good deeds during a challenging 2020, and gas engineers are encouraged to share their feel-good stories, from attending emergency hot water cylinder breakdown call-outs to help vulnerable people, to helping their communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Just post your good deed on social media from 16 November until 14 December, using the hashtag #SpreadWarmth. A winner will be chosen every week of the four-week campaign. It’s open to everyone, so you can let your family, friends and customers know about it too.

Entrants are in with the chance of bagging one of four different bundles containing a variety of winter-warming goodies to enjoy at home. Each bundle contains one big prize such as a SONOS Move smart speaker, a 55-inch TV, an Xbox or a Lay-Z-Spa, along with a winter survival kit consisting of a Chilly’s 300ml insulated food pot, a pair of North Face gloves, a North Face beanie hat and a HoMedics heated back-massaging car seat cushion.

Heatrae Sadia UK sales director Andy Workman says: “Everyone has worked extremely hard during what has been a very difficult year due to the coronavirus pandemic. This is especially true for the essential work that installers do, which can provide a lifeline for many vulnerable people, particularly in winter when heating and hot water are so important.

“This is why we want to reward people for their acts of kindness this year. As our way of showing appreciation, we are inviting everyone to tell us how they have spread warmth in 2020. It doesn’t matter how large or small the act, the campaign aims to celebrate any good deed. We look forward to seeing the submissions and best of luck to all the entrants.”
