OpenTherm will host a series of workshops for gas engineers at PHEX Chelsea next month. Engineers will able to find out more about the non-manufacturer-dependent system of communication between modulating heating appliances and room thermostats.
At the workshops on 13-14 November, gas engineers can learn more about OpenTherm and its benefits to them and their customers. The OpenTherm Association reckons that more than 80 per cent of all heating installations by 2023 will involve OpenTherm technology.
The workshops start at 11am, 1pm and 3pm each day on the fourth floor of Chelsea FC’s Stamford Bridge ground. They’re part theory and part practical, where gas engineers can get their hands on the equipment, as well as meeting boiler and heating controls companies.
