Ideal backs Logic Air heat pumps with lifetime warranty

Ideal’s Logic Air heat pumps now come with a lifetime warranty when installed alongside an Ideal cylinder and Halo Air controls. The company’s plan combines annual servicing, ongoing warranty and manufacturer support. 

Homeowners can sign up within six months of installation through a monthly subscription of £22.50, or an annual payment of £270, giving them support throughout the life of their heating system.

Installers who want Ideal Heating to provide ongoing servicing and support can recommend Lifetime Warranty for their customers. Those who prefer to retain the servicing relationship themselves can continue to do so through Ideal Heating’s extended warranty options.

Chief executive officer Adam Foy said: “We didn’t want to launch just another warranty. We wanted to redefine what long-term ownership of a heat pump should look like.
