Do you want to be part of a user testing group on updating Gas Safe’s engineer website?

£50 Amazon voucher for participants

Gas Safe Register is redeveloping the engineer area of its website – and is asking for your feedback.

Many of you use the engineer area to manage your account, notify work and order certificates, not to mention using the comprehensive library of technical information and back issues of Registered Gas Engineer. So you’re familiar with the site, understand what works well and what doesn’t, and know what else you’d like to see.

If you would like to have your say, Gas Safe Register would love to hear from you as part of a new engineer area user testing group.

Initially, you will need to take part in a one-hour telephone interview, where you can give your thoughts on how you use the engineer area, whether you access it by phone or laptop, and what additional features you’d like to see.

Then once the new area is ready for testing, Gas Safe Register will ask existing users to road test the new site and give feedback to drive further improvements. There will be two or three rounds of online user testing, each focusing on different areas of the site, and participants will receive a £50 electronic Amazon voucher for each round of testing they complete.

Telephone interviews will take place between 12 and 17 August 2020. Online user testing is currently scheduled in October and November 2020, with dates and times flexible to work around your other commitments.

The Engineer area of the Gas Safe Register website is being updated as part of a significant transformation programme to improve the user experience across all Gas Safe services.

Click here to register for the survey and Gas Safe Register will contact successful user group applicants to provide more information.

The survey is being conducted by independent research agency Saros, on behalf of Gas Safe Register. All data collected will be held securely and in confidence according to the Code of Conduct of the Market Research Society.
