Back to basics with EHC Comet system boiler
The Electric Heating Company’s new Comet system boiler is aimed at homeowners looking for simplicity over sophistication. “For homeowners, a lot of extra features never even get noticed, let alone used. What they actually want is pretty simple: reliable heating and hot water, easy controls, and a system that just works,” said chief executive David Barrett.
The range comes in three models with various outputs, including single phase (2kW to 8kw), and 7.2kW to 14.4kW, plus three phase (12kW to 24kW) to suit different properties and heating requirements.
“There’s a strong case for getting back to basics. A boiler should deliver dependable heat, be easy to install and commission, and offer enough flexibility to suit different properties, nothing more, nothing less.
“[the new Comet System boiler] sticks to the essentials by delivering reliable central heating and hot water in a straightforward electric boiler that’s been designed with the installer in mind.
“Its compact design makes it easier to handle, and easy-fit connectors and sensors take the hassle out of installation and commissioning. With a range of output options across single and three-phase models, installers can pick the right spec for the job without piling on unnecessary complexity.”
