Worcester Bosch celebrates one millionth Greenstar 4000 milestone

Worcester Bosch has marked a major production milestone, with the one millionth Greenstar 4000 boiler rolling off the tracks at its Worcester distribution centre on 16 July 2026. The boiler range, first launched in 2021, has quickly become a mainstay of the UK heating market, recognised for its reliability and efficiency.

While many Greenstar 4000 units are manufactured at Worcester Bosch’s UK headquarters, global demand has also been met through production at its facility in Turkey, helping the company reach the one‑million sales mark in just five years. Worcester Bosch credits its success to the merchant and installer communities, whose continuous hard work, feedback and trust have supported the range from day one and made it a staple of the UK heating market.

Director of Manufacturing, Operations and Engineering David Hunt said the milestone is “a testament to the hard work and support of UK installers” and praised the manufacturing team for their role in making the achievement possible.
