Stelrad updates heat loss calculator and radiator sizing software
Stelrad has updated its popular heat loss calculator and radiator sizing software, making it more comprehensive and easier to use. The new versions reflect NHBC Standards 2024 Ch.8.3. and include the latest CIBSE uvalues.
Users can now select between electric and conventional heating, with a revised calculation algorithm. The new version incorporates improved styling for better match with colours layout, typography and improved compatibility with modern browsers. It also offers a feature whereby users can choose between hot water or electrical heating and display products accordingly.
“With the increasing number of low temperature renewable heating systems out there, sizing radiators and calculating heat loss calculations has never been more important,” says Sarah Baker, Marketing Communications Manager at Stelrad.
The updated calculators are available now on Stelrad’s website.
