Screwfix LIVE focuses on sustainability and refurb
Sustainability will be a key focus of the Screwfix Live event on 22-24 September, with a dedicated sustainability stand and refurb shop where customers can learn more about Screwfix’s programme of keeping tools in use for longer. Screwfix has committed to ‘Let’s Fix Tomorrow, Today’, by selling refurbished tools directly to customers through its website.
The stand will host live demonstrations of Screwfix’s refurb processes, which have given more than 100,000 products a second life in the last 12 months.
The company has also committed to reducing its carbon emissions by adopting low-carbon energy sources, purchasing exclusively green electricity for its entire store network and, so far, equipping over 500 stores with air source heat pumps.
Screwfix Live will bring more than 170 brands together at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre, Hampshire. Visitors will see live product demonstrations, have the chance to enter competitions, get their hands on thousands of exclusive deals, and meet special guests in attendance.
More than 16,000 visitors have already registered, and will receive a goodie bag when visiting the show. All customers who attend will also benefit from at least 10 per cent off everything.
Tradespeople interested in attending can book a place at www.screwfixlive.com
