
New app and improved parts service for Plumb Centre
Plumb Centre has a new app to help you find and order parts faster and more easily. It’s also increased the number of Parts Hubs nationwide to improve same-day availability in branch, enhanced its next-day delivery and increased stock to more than 175,000 products.
The new app, available on iOS and Android, brings a range of time-saving features, including:
• Finding parts – Use the diagrams to identify and buy parts, check stock availability and pay
• Branch expertise – Contact experts and find directions to branches
• Personalised experience – Check the status of orders, manage and pay your account, and manage invoices and statements. You can store your most ordered products and preferred branches.
The app also links Plumb Pro, the merchant’s membership and rewards scheme, so that you can redeem rewards and check cashback.
