Navien UK celebrates first decade

Navien is marking 10 years in the UK. Since the South Korean boiler and heating appliance manufacturer entered the market in 2014, it says it has provided a diverse range of heating appliances and cutting-edge technologies, designed with installers and their customers in mind.

UK managing director Carl Park says: “When we first entered the UK heating sector, we had a vision to provide installers and homeowners with high-quality, efficient and environmentally conscious heating and hot water solutions. Today, we are proud to have done just that while expanding our product offering, introducing cutting-edge technologies and building lasting relationships with our partners and installers across the sector.”

The first of Navien’s products designed for the UK was the NCB CE boiler. Since then, the boiler range has expanded to include the NCB ON Combi boiler range and its advanced ON AI technology and Smart Plus controls.

The manufacturer has also designed and developed its pioneering oil LCB700 Blue Flame combi boiler, providing heating solutions in rural areas.

Navien UK also provides hands-on training, technical support and resources, and has introduced its Navien Choice Plus rewards programme.

Carl adds: “Our success is not just about the products we create but the relationships we’ve built with installers. We have always believed in going beyond simply supplying industry-leading products to providing installers with the tools, training and guidance they need in their day-to-day jobs. This approach has been critical to our expansion over the past 10 years and will remain vital to our work in the future.

“Looking ahead, we’re focused on driving the transition to a more sustainable future with new product launches – including our first heat pump, which will enter the UK market in 2025 – showcasing the bold steps we are making in expanding our offerings to support the UK’s low-carbon goals.”
