Technical/quality engineer

Omega Flex Limited, manufacturer of TracPipe®, is expanding and seeking a Technical/Quality Engineer to join our Engineering Team.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a professional with post-qualification experience in the gas industry, holding current ACS proof of competence (or equivalent). Experience in quality assurance, auditing or product testing is beneficial, though full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities
• Responding to technical enquiries, reviewing technical drawings and undertaking sizing projects.
• Assisting in the presentation of company’s training program to consultants, specifiers and installers.
• Maintaining of technical content in literature and website.
• Supporting the ISO 9001 quality management system, including product testing, certification and systems auditing.

We are offering a salary of £36K-£40K per annum, 23 days’ holiday plus statutory days.
