Service Engineer Supervisor
Our company is seeking a Service Engineer Supervisor to be employed full time.
The person in charge will be in contact with warranty agents as a middle level manager and will be involved directly in some service and maintenance operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support technical issues coming from Warranty Agents and Service Engineers
- Where necessary work on boilers and heating appliances
- Trouble shooting and fault clearing in heating systems
- Ensure that all document is completed relating to work carried
- Planning of service contracts and sales targets and take necessary actions at the end of the related contracts
- Training the new service warranty agents and service engineers
- Finding new warranty agents where necessary
- Facilitating customer visits to increase customer satisfaction
- Ensure that service programs are used
Heating Supervisor Position Requirements:
- Customer oriented mindset
- Proficiency in appliances that work with LPG and Natural Gas
- 10+ years of experience and understanding around all variations of boiler, central heating and electrical installations
- 1+ year of middle level management experience
- Possessing relevant certificates to provide the required services (Gas Safe, etc.)
- Related college or university graduate, a technician or engineer from technical faculties
- Comprehensive knowledge of building and gas safe regulations
- Willing to travel
- On-hand experience in commercial, industrial, public and retail sales contracts
- MS Office programs experience
- Possessing a UK Driving License
