Heating and Plumbing Supervisor

ateb Group is a housing association based in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. Our purpose is ‘Creating Better Living Solutions’ for the people and communities of West Wales.

We’re seeking an experienced and Gas Safe (ACS accredited) Heating and Plumbing Supervisor with demonstrable technical skills and qualifications.

This is a key role and you will use your technical expertise to lead an experienced team and enhance the services to our customers at a really exciting time at ateb, as we continue on our journey to decarbonise our homes and install renewable heating and hot water technologies.

Prior experience in team leadership and management is preferred, but we are open to hearing from candidates aspiring to step into managerial roles. For the right candidate demonstrating substantial technical aptitude, we’re prepared to consider developing their leadership and managerial skills.

The role sits within the Property Team and is responsible for effectively managing our service area commitments. We consider the Heating & Plumbing Team essential to effectively deliver a varied category of works, including landlord gas safety checks, reactive repairs, void works, landlord health and safety compliance programmes and improvement initiatives.

As well as having the highest level of technical competence, your people skills and management experience will ensure our ateb DNA is forefront in our team’s approach to delivering the right customer outcomes as effectively as we can.
