Snowik is a family business, providing a top quality property maintenance and building service for over 17 years. We are looking for a skilled tradesman to join our team, with an imminent start.

If you can do the below, the position is for you!
• You are Gas Safe registered
• Can issue gas safe certificates for domestic properties
• Can do boiler installation, servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Have experience of working on heat interface units
• Have experience of underfloor heating
• Have knowledge of fault diagnosis for heating systems
• Have experience in power-flushing heating systems
• Have a qualification in heating and plumbing
• Know UK materials and building standards.

Before you apply, you:
• Must have a full UK driving licence, understanding London roads & parking restrictions
• Must be fluent in English to give reports
• Must have CIS, UTR, and NI number
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and responsible
• Must know UK materials and building standards.
