Final call to enter Heating Installer Awards 2024
Heating engineers across the UK have less than one month left to enter the Heating Installer Awards 2024.
The deadline for entries closes on 26 February, offering engineers the chance to compete for the title of National Heating Installer of the Year.
The awards are supported by The IPG, Polypipe, Refresh PR, Samsung Climate Solutions, CIPHE and Stelrad. They are completely free to enter and give engineers the chance to showcase their work to potential customers.
This year’s categories feature categories including the Regional Winners, National Heating Installer, Rising Star for apprentices, and the Most Sustainable Installer in the North, South, and Midlands. A new category, HVAC Award, recognises those providing full home comfort systems that encompass heating, cooling, and enhanced air quality.
A substantial prize bundle exceeding £10,000 is available for the finalists, comprising prizes including products from sponsors and partners.
The judging process involves a panel of experts from the industry, professional bodies, and fellow installers. Regional finalists will be selected and an initial shortlist for the various categories, including Sustainability – North, Sustainability – Midlands, Sustainability – South, HVAC, and Rising Star, will be compiled. The ultimate winners will be determined through a combination of judges’ scores, technical challenges, and a public vote.
Regional winners will be celebrated at an event in April, followed by a national winner’s event where they will face a technical challenge set by the previous year’s national winner, James Bowen.
The final announcement of the National Heating Installer of 2024, along with the category winners, will take place in June.
