Claim up to £150 in training rewards with APHC

APHC (Training) is giving away 100 training rewards worth £150 each. You can use the reward towards the cost of a certificated course with a recognised training provider such as APHC, BPEC, City & Guilds and all UKAS-approved ACS providers.

The registered educational charity has worked closely with training provider BPEC to ensure that training and assessments can be delivered remotely, and the 2022 programme of courses uses Microsoft Teams so that you can take part with your PC or laptop. Just log on and complete your training over two hours per day for up to four days. Once you’ve completed your initial training course, you’ll take an online assessment to receive your completion certificate.

Courses for this year include: legionella cold water risk assessment and disinfection, domestic hot water storage systems (unvented) and sanitary and above-ground drainage.

Graeme Dryden, APHC’s deputy CEO and technical services manager, says: “Keeping up to date and developing existing skills is important to help ensure you are working compliantly and safely.

“The £150 training reward is available to all plumbing and heating companies in England and Wales, regardless of whether they are members of APHC. Send a copy of the training course invoice, along with the successful course completion certificate, to APHC, who will then pay for the cost of the course up to £150.”
