Logic4training reaches into the Midlands with Xtra Skills

Logic4training is expanding into the Midlands following its acquisition of Coventry-based Xtra Skills. 

Xtra Skills has provided domestic and commercial plumbing and heating courses, including ACS, OFTEC oil and boiler fault-finding, for 25 years. Its founder Paul Withey said: “I’ve known and worked alongside the Logic4training team for a long time, and over the years we’ve built a relationship based on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to doing things properly. 

“Completing this deal feels like the right step, not just for me but for our customers and the people who’ve supported Xtra Skills from day one.”

Logic4training MD Mark Krull said: “Adding Xtra Skills to our portfolio is an exciting next step for Logic4training, broadening our reach beyond the South-east. Paul has developed an excellent centre, delivering high-quality training and we intend to continue his good work, while looking to expand the courses on offer in the future.
