Gas Heating Engineer

South Glos, circa £30,000 – £38,000 per annum based on (42.5 hours per week) price work + productivity bonus and out of hours payments

We’re looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a small well established Heating Team. In this role, you’ll assist in keeping around 9,000 homes across South Gloucestershire and surrounding areas, warm and safe.

You’ll also be responsible for annual Landlord Gas Safety Inspections, diagnosing faults, repairing boiler/system faults and planned improvements.

It’s essential that you hold an NVQ level 2 & 3, 6129 & 6089 (or equivalent) along with CCN1, CEN1, CPA1, WAT1 and HTR1.  Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing and heating services maintenance is required as is experience of electrical testing.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to contribute to an out of hours call out rota approx. one week in seven.
