Heating Surveyor – Domestic
The Role
- Full heating Surveys within domestic properties to plan and prepare for the installation of full new systems including air source heat pumps and gas boilers
- Accurately record information on the surveys provided
- Agree positions of all equipment with customers ensuring compliance with all relevantregulations
- Produce heat loss report following survey to ensure appliances and emitters are correctly sized
- Completion of required documentation for the ECO4 funding Scheme
- Travel will be required throughout the UK, our main operational areas are Mid England up to Scotland but travel may be required further afield to this on You will also be expected to commute to our office in Preston a couple of times a week.

Requirements/skills
- Minimum 5 years’ Registered Gas Safe experience
- Training and cards up to date
- Domestic heating installation experience
- Experience of Heat Pumps preferred although industry training will be given
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- Full, Clean Driving Licence
- Domestic ACS gas qualifications including CCN1 and CENWAT as mandatory
Heating Installer
The Role
Installing new Gas Central Heating Systems todomestic properties Installing new Air Source Heat Pumps and Unvented Cylinders.

Requirements/skills
- Minimum 5 years’ Registered Gas Safe experience
- Experience of full installs, including Y & S plan systems
- Experience installing Unvented hot water systems
- Current ACS Gas qualifications with minimum CCN1 & CENWAT required
- Training and cards up to date
- Experience of Heat Pumps preferred although industry training will be provided
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work well with
