Domestic Gas Service Engineer
Domestic gas service engineer required for family-run business, which provides services to domestic and commercial clients. The gas engineer must be within 40 minutes’ drive of Southborough, Kent.
Job overview
The engineer will work as part of a team, primarily providing boiler repairs and services to domestic heating systems and landlord gas safety record checks. The candidate must be confident with fault finding, and be able to carry out power flushing of heating systems, and fitting of new parts.
It is important the engineer has a flexible approach, and is also willing to undertake general plumbing and boiler installations as and when required.
Area of work
The domestic gas engineer will be required to travel throughout West Kent, East Sussex and East Surrey performing service and maintenance tasks to domestic heating systems.
Qualifications
The engineer must be Gas Safe-registered and hold full ACS Domestic Gas Safe tickets (CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1, HTR1 & CPA1). LPG would be advantageous.
Experience
- Previous experience servicing and fault finding domestic boilers and appliances
- Able to complete boiler installations
- Full ACS Domestic Gas Safe tickets
- Full UK driving licence.
