TPI acquires C-Cubed

Test Products International (TPI), which specialises in handheld test instrumentation including flue gas analysers, has purchased British company C-Cubed.

C-Cubed was founded in 1997 by entrepreneur Dr Russ Sion. He and TPI president JP Aleskus Jr have already teamed up to launch several products for the commercial market under the TPI label – the Smart Vibration Meter, Smart Trend Meter and the Ultra II Data Collector.

As MD of TPI Europe, Dr Sion will carry on developing new technologies for industry.

Announcing the move, JP Aleskus Jr said: “Partnering with C-Cubed has been a win-win, and the recent acquisition enables both companies to continue building on their strengths.”

Headquartered in Oregan, TPI has supplied hand-held test devices to the residential, commercial and industrial HVACR markets, as well as plumbing, manufacturing and electrical markets, since 1997.

This latest acquisition expands its product range to include vibration analysers, data collectors, and other condition based monitoring instrumentation.
