Gas Contract Supervisor

£39,543 – £41,466 per annum (PO3)

Hackney Housing is responsible for 33,000 homes. Our building maintenance department has made significant changes and improvements to the way we manage our Gas Contracts and we require an exceptional Gas Contract Supervisor to assist in continuing with our journey.

This is an exciting time to be joining Hackney Housing Building Maintenance management team. The organisation is focussed on service delivery and providing high levels of customer satisfaction.

We require someone with exceptional supervision skills, who will help drive the section forward, make a difference and supervise the completion of domestic gas and boiler house repairs to occupied dwellings as well some communal repairs sites.

You will supervise a team comprising of domestic and/or commercial Gas Engineers to complete a multi-million pound programme, which will require high levels of business acumen and good communication skills.

Ideally you will have a good in depth gas knowledge with the relevant qualifications, with solid experience in the industry, motivating and inspiring staff to deliver a first class service to our customers. You should have significant experience of working in a building maintenance environment and it is essential to have gas related qualifications and ACS accreditation in the following areas (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1,CKR1 DAH1, MET1). The following commercial ACS would be beneficial CoDNCO1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CBHP1, CIGA1).
